Motivational 60 Mindset Reset

I started 2021 with 75-Hard, a physical and mental mindset challenge that many of you have heard about on my podcast, What’s in Your Cup. The experience forever changed my life resulting with more clarity in my daily routine.

 

What happens when your focus is dialed in and you start to realize what is possible with a purposeful, high degree of dedication towards being better every day. 75-hard ultimately gave me the drive to put Motivational 60 and What’s in Your Cup out into the world.

It’s easy to look at past times and point blame at the world. What could happen if you put down the excuses and got honest with yourself starting today and reset your mindset.

Motivational 60 Mindset Reset ~ Guidelines

Everyday for 60-days straight

  1. Follow a predetermined meal plan. You set the plan and stick to it.

  2. Total of 60-minutes of escalated heart rate activity per day

    • 1 – 60 minutes or 2 – 30 minutes

  3. Do one strenuous thing 60 times each day in addition to your 60-minute escalated heart rate activity

    • Examples: Sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, squats, etc.​​

  4. 6,000 steps minimum per day

  5. Read 6 books in 60 days. (Audio books don’t count)

    • That’s a 200-page book, 20 pages per day every 10 days

  6. Handwritten journal entry every day, minimum 60 words
